Genedia has been active in the field of molecular diagnostics for more than 25 years. It researches, develops and produces diagnostic kits (e.g. HCV-RNA, HBV-DNA, sexually transmitted diseases, polymorphisms, gastrointestinal infections, herpes, prenatal diagnosis, veterinary) based on Real Time PCR, according to ISO 13485:2016 certification, in compliance with all the certification criteria required by the regulations (risk assessment, usability, performance assessment, specificity, cross contamination, interferences, after-sales surveillance). One of GeneDia's main strengths is customer service and after-sales surveillance of products and the risks associated with their use.
Customer service is continuous thanks to the free remote validation of analytical sessions. Thanks to this service, on the one hand, the customer has greater security of the work carried out thanks to the remote validation of the analytical session, on the other hand GeneDia continuously acquires new information useful for reducing risks and improving usability.
