Agenzia per lo Sviluppo Empolese Valdelsa Spa - ASEV, is an organisation acting as a reference point for the implementation of new strategies for the economic, tourism, social and cultural development of the area.
ASEV carries out several activities organising professional training, and planning new strategies for economic, cultural, social and tourist local development, also supporting the development and management of R&I projects at regional, national and European level. ASEV is the managing body of the Regional Technological Cluster for New Materials - MATE.
MATE encourages collaborative research, development and innovation activities for new products and processes, through the integration of technological solutions based on the use of advanced and innovative materials, with important repercussions also in the field of life sciences.
