AI4Diag, evento conclusivo - Partnering for AI applications across the health value chain

Final event of the European project AI4Diag (Strategic Cluster Partnership for increased competitiveness of European Medical Diagnostics SMEs through Artificial Intelligence): big data, artificial intelligence, machine learning are technologies that are advancing rapidly and that have and will have a substantial impact on the whole life sciences chain. The event will be an opportunity to discuss the changes taking place thanks to these technologies and an opportunity to find potential business and research collaborations at international level in these fields.

Seconda edizione di Automation Day: la “quarta rivoluzione industriale” nel settore delle Life Sciences

Industria 4.0 non è più il futuro ma è il presente: l’80% dei macchinari e degli impianti attualmente in uso è già integrato in rete ed è ormai assunta la considerazione che l’IT e le nuove modalità di ingegnerizzazione delle macchine e degli impianti abbiano un'importanza centrale nel quadro; ciò ha reso necessario rivedere dall’inizio l'intero processo industriale. Guardando al futuro dell’industria 4.0 vediamo sicuramente l’utilizzo delle Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) nell’industria Life Science , in particolare le applicazioni nelle catene di fornitura. Non mancano gli spazi di miglioramento per quanto concerne la digitalizzazione, produzione e per i processi informativi – amministrativi.  Proseguendo nella digital transformation delle aziende farmaceutiche dovrà essere affrontato inoltre un percorso di innovazione digitale che coinvolge IT e OT, manufacturing e quality unit.
